    Our guided structural integrity walkthrough makes it easy to identify and report any defect on your own. The 50+ point form has been compiled by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with live fire structure expertise and draws on the experience gained from hundreds of past evaluations. The form will guide you through each structural component of your burn building and outline which defects to look for—where you can then take pictures and notes on the defects found. Our evaluators will then review your findings and provide you with a comprehensive report outlining the severity of each defect.

  • Details

    • Upon purchase, expect an email containing step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for the walkthrough and a link to the form.
    • Site personnel with a general understanding of the layout of the structure and the areas most prone to damage will complete a structural integrity walkthrough. Depending on the complexity of the building, the walkthrough can take anywhere from 60-120 minutes to complete.
    • Following the walkthrough, the findings are promptly sent to an SME for evaluation, typically completed in 24-48 hours.
    • Once an SME completes their evaluation, you will receive a Structural Integrity Certificate and a detailed report that meticulously outlines defects, damages, and the severity of each issue.
